This course offers a gentle and mindful exploration of your primary instrument of expression: the body.
Accessible to everyone, whether you are a performing artist or not, it invites you to release unnecessary tension, refine your perceptions, and rediscover a natural posture, free from constraints. It is not a posture that is imposed, but one that is liberated.
It is designed to offer you practical tools that can be directly applied to your daily life. Through simple and accessible exercises, we will explore techniques of conscious relaxation and fine body awareness to refine your awareness of the structure of the body, movement, and the subtle balances that run through it. With the help of essential anatomy concepts (body mapping), you will learn to recognize supports, directions, and unnecessary tensions in order to cultivate more fluid, balanced, and present movements. By integrating the fundamental principles of the Alexander Technique, you will develop better coordination, greater fluidity, and a genuine sense of well-being in your artistic activities as well as in your daily life.
Open to the general public, musicians, singers, and dancers, whether professional, amateur, student, or teacher, regardless of their musical style or level of experience.
