This workshop aims to introduce participants to all possibilities of musical expression, deepening the practice of singing and body percussion. Rhythmic and vocal activities help balance metabolism, harmonize breathing, regulate sleep, improve concentration, release tensions and balance emotions. This opens a musical path to self-knowledge and strengthening the “I”. Through the singing and the pulsations of the body, a new voice is revealed and projected into the world. The foundations of this experiment are based on the concepts and practices of the school of voice unveiling, the Barbatuques method of body percussion and the Bertazzo method of education to movement.
Prerequisites: For teens and adults who want to improve their rhythm and voice. The band may or may not have a musical experience. This workshop is an excellent tool for singers, actors, musicians and especially for art educators. Techniques can also be used by various therapists.
